University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust is seeking a Combined Service Co-ordinator to manage reception, the appointment process and patient pathways within the Imaging Services. You will liaise with clinical colleagues to triage referrals and ensure smooth patient flow through radiology pathways.

The role emphasises friendliness, organisational skills, and the ability to work as part of a team in a busy hospital environment, with training provided as needed.

Competenze

• GCSE including Maths and English (A-C)
• IT literacy across multiple systems
• Experience with MS Excel and Word is desirable

Mansioni

• Receive and greet patients and visitors in a prompt, courteous manner
• Coordinate referrals triage with radiology to ensure timely appointments
• Manage reception and appointment clerical tasks for imaging services
• Maintain accurate records and update systems to track patient episodes and imaging information
• Monitor waiting times and escalation of delays with Administration Manager
