Job summary

Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join the Cardiorespiratory (CRV) team on a fixed-term 12-month basis. You will support the validation and management of waiting list data, ensuring accuracy of patient pathway information as part of a major digital transformation programme.

You will work with operational, clinical and IM&T colleagues to identify and resolve data quality issues, validate patient tracking lists, and help ensure patients

Qualifications

• Experience with data validation and patient pathways is essential.
• Ability to identify and resolve data quality issues in large datasets.
• Understand 18 week RTT rules and national waiting time standards.

Responsibilities

• Validate waiting lists and track patient progress using the EPR+ system.
• Ensure integrity of patient pathway information across 18 week rules.
• Monitor performance against national waiting time standards.
• Proactively manage patient progression from referral to discharge.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues on the EPR+ system.
• Develop and update validation SOPs and ensure adherence.
