Job summary

Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Assistant Patient Pathway Co-ordinator to join the Clinical Administration Team (CAT 11) in Reading. The role covers Respiratory, Cardiology and Stroke, providing specialist admin support and ensuring timely, patient-focused service in a busy hospital environment.

You will manage appointments, communications with patients and healthcare providers, and maintain accurate records, while adhering to local procedures and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high levels of customer/patient service in an admin setting.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and use multiple IT systems.
• Understanding of patient pathways and performance targets.
