The role supports the RT department with patient registration, check‑in and data accuracy, using EPIC/ARIA systems, and coordinating transport and interpreters as needed.

Qualifications

• GCSE and A level standard or equivalent.
• Strong IT skills including MS packages.
• Willing to undertake further training.

Responsibilities

• Register patients on EPIC/ARIA and ensure data accuracy.
• Manage patient check-in and provide a warm, professional experience.
• Coordinate transport and interpreters for clinics and appointments.
• Book outpatient appointments and support non-clinical inquiries.
• Maintain confidentiality and support training of new staff.
