Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 3 Patient Flow Transfer Clerk to join our inpatient and emergency pathways. You will support patient movement, transfers, and escalation alongside ward teams and the Hospital Clinical Coordinator, delivering safe, person-centred care and ensuring smooth operational flow.

• Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care or equivalent at A-level standard or higher.
• Experience working in a clinical environment and undertaking relevant clinical skills with proven competencies.

• Support patients with routine personal care to aid patient flow.
• Safe transfer and mobilisation of patients per Trust policy and care plan.
