Voy is seeking a Swedish-speaking Patient Experience Specialist to join our London-based hybrid team. You will be the primary point of contact for Swedish-speaking patients, guiding them through their journey and championing their needs across the business.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify barriers, improve processes, and scale our patient support as Voy grows in Weight Loss and TRT. An empathetic, detail-oriented communicator with strong English skills is essential.

Qualificações

• Fluent Swedish, with excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a scaling tech startup or healthtech.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Patient Experience Specialist – Swedish-Speaking

You’ll join Voy’s established Patient Experience team at an exciting stage of our growth. As we continue to expand across our Weight Loss and TRT categories, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional patient support while helping us scale our tools and processes to meet the needs of a growing patient community.

As a Swedish-speaking Patient Experience Specialist, you’ll be a key point of contact for our Swedish-speaking patients, guiding them throughout their journey and championing their needs across the business. You’ll have the opportunity to solve meaningful problems, collaborate with cross-functional teams and shape a patient experience that builds trust, encourages recommendations and supports Voy’s mission to make healthcare more accessible.

What you'll do

• Deliver exceptional, personalised support to patients, resolving queries and concerns with empathy, efficiency and care.
• Guide Swedish-speaking patients throughout their journey, ensuring they feel informed, supported and confident in their healthcare experience.
• Take ownership of patient queries, following issues through to resolution and ensuring a consistently high standard of service.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and remove barriers in the patient journey.
• Identify opportunities to improve patient support processes, making them more efficient, effective and scalable.
• Share patient feedback and insights with relevant teams to help improve our products, services and overall patient experience.
• Adapt to changing priorities and help the Patient Experience team navigate the challenges of a rapidly growing business.
• Contribute to building a patient experience that strengthens trust in Voy and encourages patients to recommend our services to others.

Who you are

• You are fluent in Swedish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and have strong English communication skills.
• You have experience in a customer support or customer-facing role, ideally within a scaling technology startup or healthtech environment.
• You are empathetic and patient-focused, with a genuine passion for solving problems and helping people.
• You take full ownership of your responsibilities, follow through on commitments and remain effective in ambiguous or challenging situations.
• You are an excellent communicator who can explain information clearly and adapt your approach to different patient needs.
• You are highly organised, manage competing priorities effectively and pay close attention to detail.
• You have a growth mindset, actively seek feedback and continuously look for ways to improve your work and processes.
• You are excited about healthcare and Voy’s mission, and are comfortable working in a hybrid role from our London Bridge office three days per week.
