Job summary

Voy is seeking a Swedish-speaking Patient Experience Specialist to join our London-based hybrid team. You will be the primary point of contact for Swedish-speaking patients, guiding them through their journey and championing their needs across the business.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify barriers, improve processes, and scale our patient support as Voy grows in Weight Loss and TRT. An empathetic, detail-oriented communicator with strong English skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent Swedish, with excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a scaling tech startup or healthtech.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalised support to patients, resolving queries with empathy and efficiency.
• Guide Swedish-speaking patients throughout their journey, ensuring they feel informed and supported.
• Own patient queries from start to resolution and maintain high service standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove barriers in the patient journey and improve processes.
• Share patient feedback to help improve products and services.
