Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with clinical research and Clinical Research SaaS technology.
• Experience with eCOA/ePRO, eConsent, Virtual Trials or Wearable Sensors preferred.
• Experience in Client Services or a client facing role and able to demonstrate a customer first attitude.
• Experience in managing project timelines and risk assessment would be advantageous.
• Travel expectations 10% - 20%, national / international.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Associate Director, Patient Cloud, and manage the overall relationship of client accounts.
• Deliver quality projects and services on time and within budget through effective resource management.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery of Patient Cloud products across a portfolio of studies.
• Lead internal/external meetings and capture minutes/action items.
• Assess risk and develop mitigation strategies to preserve quality and timely resolutions.
• Forecast Patient Cloud Professional Services hours for studies.
• Conduct lessons learned meetings internally and externally.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to monitor delegated tasks.
• Ensure compliance with Medidata's project management methodologies and SOPs.
