Job summary

Medidata is seeking a Project Consultant, Patient Experience to manage relationships with client accounts and drive the end-to-end delivery of Patient Cloud products across a portfolio of studies.

You will act as a subject matter expert to support the digital transformation of life sciences, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining quality. Travel 10–20% nationally or internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical research SaaS technology.
• Experience with eCOA/ePRO, eConsent, Virtual Trials or Wearable Sensors preferred.
• Experience in client services or client-facing roles.
• Experience in managing project timelines and risk assessment.
• Travel expectations 10%–20%, national/international.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities and client accounts to ensure quality project delivery on time and within budget.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Patient Cloud products across studies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead meetings with stakeholders.
• Forecast Professional Services hours required for studies.
• Ensure compliance with Medidata's project management methodologies and SOPs.
• Capture meeting minutes and action items.
