Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage overall relationship with client accounts and day-to-day activities.
• Ensure quality projects delivered on time and within budget.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery of Patient Cloud products with cross-functional teams.
• Independently run meetings, capture minutes and action items.
• Forecast Professional Services hours and coordinate with PMs.
• Conduct lessons learned sessions and ensure adherence to SOPs.
