Job summary

Optical Express are the market leader in Vision Correction Surgery, seeking Patient Advisors for our Leeds Kings Street Clinic. You will be the primary patient contact across all stages, delivering an outstanding patient journey and supporting clinicians.

The role combines high-end customer service with operational responsibilities, including scheduling, payments, and aftercare, with full training provided and a salary of £27,000 per year plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a patient-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proficient with use of digital and diagnostic technology.
• Experience within healthcare or high-end retail would be preferred.
• Strong commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Support Patients through all steps of the patient pathway, building rapport and confidence.
• Deliver warm, professional welcomes and manage first impressions.
• Capture high-quality diagnostic scans for clinical interpretation and explain features/benefits of our technology.
• Support in delivery of consultations, in-clinic or virtual.
• Close consultation and schedule surgery and aftercare.
• Manage payments, finance and administrative bookings; meet commercial KPIs.
