Job summary

Optical Express Lincoln clinic is seeking a Patient Advisor to deliver an outstanding patient journey across our vision correction services. This full-time role supports clinicians, manages consultations (in-clinic or virtual), handles bookings, payments and aftercare, and aims to exceed commercial KPIs.

The ideal candidate has patient-facing experience, excellent communication, attention to detail, and comfort with digital/diagnostic technology.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a patient-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proficient with digital and diagnostic technology.
• Experience in healthcare or high-end retail is preferred.
• Strong commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Support patients through all steps of the pathway, building rapport and confidence.
• Deliver warm, professional welcomes and manage first impressions.
• Capture diagnostic scans and explain features/benefits of our technology.
• Assist in delivering consultations, in-clinic or virtual.
• Close consultation process and schedule surgery and aftercare.
• Manage payments, finance and administrative bookings.
• Meet and exceed individual commercial KPIs.
