Job summary

Bromley by Bow Health Partnership in London is seeking a Patient Assistant to join the practice team. You will act as a first point of contact, greet patients in person, by phone, and online, and help route them to the right clinician.

In a busy primary care setting, you will handle appointments, registrations, and correspondence, support triage, maintain accurate records with confidentiality, and assist with repeat prescriptions and patient transport where needed.

Responsibilities
