Job summary

Spire Healthcare Group is seeking an Administrator & Patient Concierge for our Perth Clinic to deliver frontline administrative support and concierge services, ensuring patients receive high-quality care.

The role requires strong customer service, organisational skills and excellent communication. Full-time, on-site hours are Monday–Friday 8am–8pm and Saturday 8am–1pm, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, reception and/or administration is highly desired.
• Face to face customer service experience preferable (Healthcare, Retail, Hospitality).
• Highly organised, accurate and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
• Must be a good communicator, a team player and have good computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Be welcoming, patient focused and deliver a high standard of customer service.
• Deal with enquiries from patients, staff and visitors in a courteous, timely and efficient manner (face to face or telephone).
• Maintain confidentiality at all times and exercise discretion in patient/consultant/staff information.
• Undertake various clerical duties.
• Full time hours: Monday–Friday 8am-8pm and Saturday 8am-1pm.
