Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Patient Co-ordinator (Band 3) for the Gynaecology Oncology service on a 30-hour week. You will provide efficient secretarial and administrative support to Consultants and the Medical Team, helping to keep appointments, theatre lists and patient communications running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Provide secretarial and administration support to Consultants and the Medical Team.
• Manage calendars, appointments and booking of theatres and clinics.
• Maintain patient communications and documentation accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide secretarial and administration support including typing and correspondence.
• Schedule outpatient appointments and theatre lists within targets.
• Coordinate communications between Clinical Team and patients and ensure accurate records.
