Salary: £23,500 including London Weighting allowance

An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and is passionate about providing excellent care to our patients.
The focus of the role is being the first point of contact for our patients, taking inbound and making outbound calls about their appointments. You will perform administration duties as they arise whilst following processes and procedures.
Community Health and Eyecare (CHEC) is an independent service provider specialising in Ophthalmology and Endoscopy services supporting the NHS. We operate a network of hospitals and clinics across the UK, providing end-to-end care through NHS partnerships.
