Circle Health Group's Chaucer Hospital in Canterbury is seeking a Patient Administrator for a bank role to support busy periods. The position is an on‑call basis with training, initially Monday to Wednesday 9‑5, then Wednesday to Friday 9‑5 as needed.
Responsibilities include processing patient administration, handling queries, mail, and electronic bookings, while maintaining H&S standards and following best practice processes across the hospital.

We have an opportunity for a Patient Administrator to join their team of staff in the Administration department. This is a bank role working on an “as and when required” basis, you will be required to supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence. We currently require a bank member of staff to cover regular hours, whilst training, the working days will be Monday to Wednesday 9-5. Once the training has been completed the working days will be Wednesday to Friday 9-5 as and when required.
