Job summary

• Experience in hospital admin handling referrals and templates.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Register and book referrals and templates for appointment priorities.
• Process appointments, cancellations and rescheduling in PAS/ERS systems.
• Respond to telephone enquiries and provide status updates to referrers and patients.
• Maintain patient records accurately and in line with Trust policies.
• Provide flexible cover to ensure service continuity during absences.
