Job summary

CamWebDir seeks a Project Manager to run the clinical medicine part of the Pathways to Inclusive Practice pilot at the University of Cambridge School of Clinical Medicine. You will manage day-to-day operations, plans, budgets and risks, and serve as the main contact for students, University and NHS staff, and external partners.

You will analyse focus group data and build a Power BI database with an AI search interface, then train staff to use it.

Qualifications

• Experience in project or administrative roles, preferably with students.
• Strong organisational, communication and analytical skills.
• Understanding of disability and neurodiversity, from professional or lived experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Power BI or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day project management, including plans, budgets and risks.
• Act as main contact for students, University and NHS staff, and external partners.
• Analyse focus group data and build a project database in Power BI with AI search interface.
• Train staff to use the Power BI system.
