CamWebDir seeks a Project Manager to run the clinical medicine part of the Pathways to Inclusive Practice pilot at the University of Cambridge School of Clinical Medicine. You will manage day-to-day operations, plans, budgets and risks, and serve as the main contact for students, University and NHS staff, and external partners.

You will analyse focus group data and build a Power BI database with an AI search interface, then train staff to use it.

• Understanding of disability and neurodiversity, from professional or lived experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Power BI or similar tools.

Would you like to help change how future doctors with a disability or neurodivergent diagnosis are supported?The School of Clinical Medicine is looking for a Project Manager to run the clinical medicine part of the Pathways to Inclusive Practice pilot. This is a new approach to supporting students in the final years of their medical training.The role is varied. You'll manage the project day to day, including plans, budgets and risks, and be its main contact for students, University and NHS staff, and external partners. You'll also analyse focus group data and build a project database in Power BI with an AI search interface.
