Job summary

The Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Band 4 Patient Pathway Coordinator to provide specialist admin support to the ENT, Maxillofacial & Plastic Surgery team. The role is split between Royal Berkshire Hospital in Reading and Townlands Hospital in Henley-on-Thames.

Ideal candidates will have NHS admin experience, be highly organised, and able to work accurately under pressure, with good IT skills and excellent communication with patients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience in NHS admin or healthcare environment preferred.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• Confident communicating with patients and colleagues at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the CAT Team across ENT, Maxillofacial & Plastic Surgery.
• Answer telephones from patients, other healthcare providers and internal staff.
• Schedule appointments and process clinic letters and other admin duties.
• Ensure high quality, efficient, patient-focused service and maintain data accuracy.
• Work across Royal Berkshire Hospital Reading and Townlands Hospital Henley-on-Thames.
