Job summary

The City of Doncaster Council is seeking a dedicated Supported Accommodation Officer to help adults access suitable accommodation and support services. You will assess needs, plan supports, and work with housing, health and social care partners to coordinate effective pathways.

We value a person-centred, strengths-based approach, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple referrals within tight timescales. DBS enhanced is required.

Qualifications

• Experience of completing assessments, support planning, risk management, partnership working, safeguarding, GDPR, and working with individuals with multiple and complex needs is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate access to supported accommodation, ensuring individuals are assessed and matched to appropriate accommodation and support services.
• Maintain person-centred, strengths-based approach and manage multiple referrals, placements and stakeholder relationships within tight timescales.
