Job summary

Access Computer Consulting is seeking a Technology Operations Analyst with strong Patch Management experience. The role is based 3 days in Birmingham and 2 days remote, contracted through umbrella due to IR35.

You will oversee end-to-end patch management across infrastructure, endpoints, servers and applications, ensuring security, regulatory and organisational standards. Candidates should have a solid background in Patch Management and Vulnerability Management, plus governance, audit and ITIL

Qualifications

• Strong experience of Patch Management and Vulnerability Management is essential.
• Oversee end-to-end patch management lifecycle across infrastructure, endpoints, servers and applications.
• Experience in governance, audit, risk and compliance activities.
• Knowledge of ITIL and enterprise IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end patch management lifecycle across infrastructure, endpoints, servers and applications to ensure policy and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure patches are planned, tested and deployed with minimal disruption to services.
• Maintain governance, audit and risk documentation related to patching activities.
• Collaborate with IT teams to optimise patching processes and tooling.
