Job summary

FRONTrunner Recruitment Ltd is recruiting Portable Appliance Testers (PAT). The role involves testing portable appliances on large commercial sites, typically 1–2 sites per day, with occasional bonuses for a 3rd site.

Patch covers Newcastle to Middlesbrough. The package includes a £27,000 basic salary with realistic OTE of £38k–£40k, a bonus scheme, travel pay, van, phone, fuel card and 23 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Qualifications

• C&G 2377 PAT course or equivalent
• Experience doing portable appliance testing
• Full UK driving licence
• Be able to pass a DBS check

• Testing portable appliances on large commercial sites
• Going to 1 or 2 sites per day - extra bonuses if you have to go to a 3rd site that day which isn't very often
• Covering Newcastle to Middlesbrough

Salary and Benefits for a Portable Appliance Tester / PAT Tester

They are recruiting for Portable Appliance Testers (PAT), you will be:-

• Testing portable appliances on large commercial sites
• Going to 1 or 2 sites per day - extra bonuses if you have to go to a 3rd site that day which isn't very often
• Covering Newcastle to Middlesbrough

Skills / experience needed to be a PAT Tester:-

• Living close to Newcastle would be ideal as a lot of work in and around that area but would look at someone anywhere on patch
• C&G 2377 PAT course or equivalent needed
• Experience doing portable appliance testing
• Full UK driving licence
• Be able to pass a DBS check
