Job Description

THE ROLE

As a Pastry Senior Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards in the kitchen and assisting with the execution and delivery of all pastry dishes. Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  1. Assisting the Pastry Sous Chef in creating a highly regarded kitchen environment that meets Nobu standards and expectations.
  2. Maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen with regular stock checks, labelling, audits, equipment checks, and adherence to all health and safety requirements.
  3. Managing and overseeing the smooth operation of your section.
  4. Ensuring you and junior staff have a comprehensive understanding of the full menu offering.
  5. Preparing and creating all dishes to the highest standard with attention to presentation.
  6. Being innovative in your cooking style and suggesting new dishes or specials to enhance the menu.
  7. Representing Nobu as an ambassador and embodying our values and commitment to our teams.

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Pastry Chef.
