You will run efficient operations, push commercial performance, and mentor a talented pastry team while managing prep, daily branch orders and production scheduling. 45 hours per week. Salary up to £54k per annum.

Qualifikationen

• Leadership role in a kitchen.
• At least 2 years working as a pastry sous chef.
• Desirable: at least 2 years at senior Sous Chef level in a busy production kitchen.
