L’ETO Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a hands-on Baker to join our pastry team. This role offers a 45-hour week with a salary of £30,000–£32,000, reflecting the high-volume luxury production we pride ourselves on.

• Minimum 2 years in a pastry kitchen or bakery as a baker or pastry chef
• Experience in high-volume food production
• Experience with luxury food products

Responsabilidades

• Following recipes to create pastries, cookies and other baked goods
• Preparing a wide variety of breads, pastries, and sweet goods
• Producing high volumes of products
• Ensuring quality standards and supporting daily bread production
• Taking on instructions from bakery leadership and advising on decorations, sizes and packaging
• Maintaining cleanliness and kitchen organization per food safety regulations

Are you a hands-on baker or pastry chef waiting for your opportunity to really flex your creativity and skills set?

Our Pastry Chefs are tasked with ensuring our products are supplied to our stores and direct to our customers at the highest quality – We’re famous for our cake quality here!

Here’s a brief overview of what you’ll get up to:

• Following recipes to create pastries, cookies and other baked goods.
• Preparing a wide variety of delicious breads, pastries, and sweet goods.
• Responsible for producing high volumes of products.
• Ensuring Quality standards and support to our daily bread production.
• Taking onboard instructions from our bakery leadership team, providing recommendations on cake decorations, sizes and packaging.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organise the kitchen according to food safety regulations.

Essential Experience:

• At least 2-years experience working in a Pastry Kitchen or Bakery as a baker or pastry chef
• You’ve worked in a high volume food production environment
• You have worked with luxury food products

It would be even better (but not essential) if:

• You have up to date Food Hygiene certification
