Job summary

The Lanesborough in London is seeking a dedicated Pastry Demi Chef de Partie to join our couture pastry kitchen. You will contribute to flawless dessert and pastry execution, supporting senior pastry chefs and ensuring consistency across high-end menus.

Experience in fine dining is preferred; strong English communication and a proactive approach to training and development are essential to thrive in our luxury hotel environment near Hyde Park and Mayfair.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within a fine dining setting is preferred
• Passion for baking, chocolate and patisserie
• Catering School qualifications preferred
• Food Hygiene Level 2 preferred though not essential for commencement as will be certified with the Company
• Exhibit excellent technical and natural cooking abilities
• Good command of English

• Maintain the highest standards of gastronomy and presentation
