Job summary

The Lanesborough, a flagship Oetker Collection hotel in London, seeks a Pastry Chef de Partie to join its Pastry Kitchen Team. You will deliver high-quality pastries, work across sections as needed, and contribute to maintaining the exceptional standards of a luxury dining experience.

You will train and mentor colleagues, adapt to guest requirements, and demonstrate a proactive approach to knowledge and skill development within a high-level professional brigade.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within a fine dining restaurant.
• Proven track record in running a pastry section.
• Passion for baking, chocolate and patisserie.
• Food Hygiene Level 3 preferred, otherwise certification with the Company.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Role requires manual handling and occasional heavy lifting.

• Deliver high-quality pastries as part of a Pastry Chef de Partie role in a fine dining setting.
• Train, coach and mentor junior team members to maintain high standards.
• Work flexibly across different pastry sections and contribute to menu development.
