The Lanesborough is seeking a Pastry Junior Sous Chef to join our Pastry Kitchen team at London’s renowned luxury hotel, The Lanesborough. You will support the Sous and Head Chefs, driving pastry production with creativity, while maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction in a 24-hour operation.

Ideal candidates will have a strong classic patisserie background and a passion for experimentation, contributing to teamwork across departments and opportunities for growth within the hotel.

Qualifications

• Strong background in classic patisserie and baking.
• Experience in managing a service or section is preferred but not essential.
• Commitment to maintaining standards of excellence and teamwork.
