Join Our Team as a Pastry Demi Chef!

Your Mission:

• Be part of the BIG MAMMA kitchen team, working in the pastry section to prepare desserts from scratch, such as lemon pie and homemade gelato.
• Follow recipes and instructions from the kitchen management team.
• Assist the Pastry Chef in training new chefs.
• Maintain health & safety standards, cleanliness, and organization in the kitchen.
• Contribute to creating memorable moments for our customers.
• Embodies Big Mamma values: warm, smiling, professional attitude, teamwork, and problem-solving.

Your Skills:

• Passion for Italian food and a big smile!
• Energetic, proactive, and a team player.
• Experience or training as a Demi Pastry Chef.
• Strong knowledge of Italian desserts.
• Experience in a busy service environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
