We are currently seeking a passionate Demi Chef De Partie to join our Kitchen Team on a permanent basis with an immediate start. Your role will involve delivering memorable moments and five-star service, fostering a positive and diverse environment where careers are nurtured, not just jobs.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Working independently and as part of a team, taking ownership of mise-en-place and service for your section, and leading by example to meet quality standards.
2. Preparing and cooking food according to recipes and supporting the development of new dishes and recipe manuals.
3. Researching new dishes for menus and presenting ideas to senior chefs, including allergen and specification details.
4. Taking ownership of a section in the absence of a Junior Sous Chef and seeking assistance when needed.
5. Completing and prioritizing mise en place lists daily in consultation with your supervisor.
6. Maintaining good relations with all kitchen and hotel staff.

This role involves working 40 hours per week on a shift rota.
