Big Mamma is a French Italian restaurant group founded by Victor Lugger and Tigrane Seydoux. Over the past 8 years, we have opened 27 restaurants across Europe (France, Monaco, England, Spain, Germany, Belgium, and Italy). Our mission is to share authentic Italian dishes made from scratch in beautifully designed spaces with big smiles!

Your Mission

1. Be part of the BIG MAMMA kitchen team.
2. Work in the pastry section to prepare desserts from scratch, including lemon pie and homemade gelato.
3. Follow recipes and instructions from the kitchen management team.
4. Assist the Pastry Chef in training new chefs.
5. Maintain health & safety standards, cleanliness, and organization in the kitchen.
6. Create a magical experience for our customers.

Your Skills

1. Passion for Italian food and a big smile.
