Job summary

Enhance Catering is recruiting an experienced Pastry Chef to join a prestigious boarding school kitchen in South West London. You will produce a wide range of high-quality desserts, pastries and baked goods for a large operation serving up to 2,600 covers per day, working five days a week in a high-volume environment.

The role requires strong pastry skills, food safety knowledge (HACCP) and a passion for quality, with Monday to Friday hours and a permanent 52-week contract.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen.
• Proven ability to produce desserts from scratch.
• Experience in a busy, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce a wide range of desserts, pastries and baked goods.
• Manage the pastry section ensuring quality and presentation.
• Support development of seasonal dessert menus and stock control.
