This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Pastry Chef de Partie to advance their culinary career in a company that values food excellence and talent development.

  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards, ensuring food safety at all times.
  • Station Management: Oversee production at your station, maintain supplies, and ensure cleanliness per policies.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards for presentation and taste.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members, support colleagues, and coach junior chefs.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with the head chef on new recipes and improvements.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep the kitchen clean and equipment in good working order.

Requirements include proven experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie (preferably minimum 3 years), knowledge of various techniques and cuisines, understanding of food safety, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Alignment with BaxterStorey core values is essential.
