Job summary

Knekt Hub Ltd is seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie for a prestigious North Yorkshire estate kitchen with 2 AA Rosette status. You will craft desserts, pastries and breads using estate-grown and local produce, in a team dedicated to quality, creativity and career development.

Qualifications

Experience as Pastry Chef de Partie in a quality kitchen.
Experience at least 2 AA Rosette standard.
Passion for desserts, baking and seasonal produce.
Level 2 or Level 3 Food Hygiene certification.

Responsibilities

Producing high-quality desserts, pastries and baked goods.
Assisting with breads, petits fours and seasonal pastry items.
Working with estate produce from the kitchen gardens and local suppliers.
Maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
Assisting with stock control and minimising waste.
Supporting seasonal menu development with creative ideas.
Maintaining pastry section cleanliness and service-readiness at all times.
