Knekt Hub Ltd in Cumbria is seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie for its acclaimed 1 Michelin Star and 4 AA Rosette restaurant at a luxury country house hotel in Brampton. You will focus on pastry, delivering desserts to exacting standards, and contributing to a high-calibre pastry operation.

The role offers a clear pathway toward Pastry Sous Chef with responsibility growth over the coming years, relocation support, and generous holiday and staff benefits as part of a long-term development plan.

Formación

• Ability and experience in professional pastry production.
• Experience in Michelin/AA Rosette environments or equivalent quality kitchens.
• Strong technical pastry foundations and attention to detail.
• Ambition for structured, long-term development within the business.

Responsabilidades

• Support pastry preparation and dessert delivery for the restaurant.
• Work to 1 Michelin Star and 4 AA Rosette standards.
• Develop strong pastry skills under senior team guidance.
• Maintain high hygiene and kitchen standards.
• Collaborate with the brigade and support junior chefs.
• Progress toward Pastry Sous Chef with greater responsibility.
