We are looking for a talented and passionate CHEF DE PARTIE to join the Pastry Brigade in Hélène Darroze at The Connaught - the outstanding three-star Michelin restaurant by Cuisinière Hélène Darroze.

Located in Mayfair, The Connaught blends tradition with contemporary flair. It features bespoke service, a 3,000-piece art collection, the three Michelin-starred restaurant Hélène Darroze at The Connaught, and London’s only Aman Spa. The venue also offers all-hours informal gourmet dining at Jean-Georges and the award-winning Connaught Bar.

As CHEF DE PARTIE, you will work closely with the Pastry Sous Chef, assisting in daily pastry kitchen operations. You will be passionate about working with the finest ingredients, responsible for creating a range of desserts, petit fours, and other pastries. You will organize your tasks effectively to ensure smooth section operation, share your knowledge, and support the training of Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs.

You should be a talented team player with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail to deliver high-quality service in a high-profile kitchen. Previous experience at a similar level within a quality hotel or restaurant pastry team is essential.
