5 Hertford Street is a beautifully appointed private member's club owned and operated by entrepreneur Robin Birley, located in the heart of Mayfair. Our aim is to be a home away from home, providing the utmost comfort where members are looked after by a team who know them by name.

We are currently seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie to work at our private Member's Club in Mayfair, London.

Experience & Qualifications Required:
  • Experience working in a luxury hotel, restaurant, or private member’s club is advantageous
  • Previous experience in a similar position is essential; preferably with a Michelin-star restaurant background
Responsibilities:
  • Plan production to meet daily requirements
  • Supervise, assist, and coordinate all preparation and presentation
  • Assist in overseeing the smooth running of the pastry kitchen operations
Working hours:
  • Shifts are between Monday and Saturday
  • The Club is closed on Sundays, bank holidays, and throughout Christmas
