Job summary

RB Holdings is seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie for the luxury private members’ club at 5 Hertford Street. You will create and deliver exquisite desserts in a fast-paced pastry kitchen, ensuring precision and high presentation standards.

We’re looking for a candidate with previous Pastry Chef de Partie experience in hospitality, strong teamwork, and a commitment to food safety. The role offers a 48-hour week with Sundays off and attractive staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or in a similar role within hospitality.
• Experience working across multiple outlets in a high-volume environment.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for pastry and food innovation.

Pastry Chef De Partie –5 Hertford Street Club

Our London portfolio includes 5 Hertford Street, Oswald’s, and Birley Bakery and Chocolate Shop in Chelsea. In 2025, we expanded internationally with the opening of Maxime’s, alongside a new Birley Bakery in New York City.

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Pastry Chef de Partie to join our luxury private members’ club, supporting the operations of our three pastry kitchens.

This is an exciting opportunity for a pastry professional who excels in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional quality.

Working hours:

• 48 hours a week with shift starts from either 11:30am or 3:30pm
