Job summary

Landmark London invites a skilled Chef De Partie to join our Kitchen Team on a permanent basis with an immediate start, delivering memorable five-star service to guests in a luxury city hotel.

The role emphasizes pastry expertise, working across sections, mentoring juniors, and maintaining high standards while fulfilling a 40-hour weekly shift in a structured environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume pastry production within a luxury hotel.
• Ability to work across multiple pastry sections and maintain quality.
• Strong mentoring and coaching of junior chefs.

Responsibilities

• To work as an individual and as part of a team by taking ownership for the correct preparation of MEP and service for the pastry department.
• Ability to work in multiple sections with consistency and accuracy (i.e., afternoon tea, banqueting, ALC).
• To give direction to junior chefs and assist with their development, pass on your knowledge & experience.
• Ability to produce & deliver high standard food dishes with consistency.
• Proven experience to work at volume within a luxury 5 stars hotel pastry kitchen operation.
• You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
