RB Holdings is a renowned hospitality group in London, operating 5 Hertford Street, Oswald’s, and Birley Bakery. We are seeking a Pastry Assistant for our pastry production kitchen near Battersea to help produce exceptional products for our exclusive venues.

You will work with the pastry team to support daily production, chocolate work, and packaging for distribution, contributing to high standards of craftsmanship and service.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in a pastry, kitchen or hospitality environment beneficial.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Aufgaben

• Support the Head of Pastry Production Chef and Pastry Sous Chefs with daily production.
• Assist with chocolate production, cutting, packaging, pressing crackers, and other kitchen jobs.
• Preparing and packaging products ready for distribution.
• Support the wider pastry team to ensure production targets are achieved.

We are currently looking for a Pastry Assistant to join our talented team at our state-of-the-art pastry production kitchen near Battersea. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a highly professional pastry environment, producing exceptional products for some of London's most exclusive venues.

Working Hours

• Straight shifts
• Up to 48 hours a week
