• Support the Head of Pastry Production Chef and Pastry Sous Chefs with daily production.
• Assist with chocolate production, cutting, packaging, pressing crackers, and other kitchen tasks.
• Prepare and package products ready for distribution.
• Support the wider pastry team to help achieve production targets.

We are currently looking for a Pastry Assistant to join our talented team at our state-of-the-art pastry production kitchen near Battersea. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a highly professional pastry environment, producing exceptional products for some of London's most exclusive venues.

Working Hours:

• Straight shifts
• Up to 48 hours a week
  

What you will do:

• Supporting the Head of Pastry Production Chef and Pastry Sous Chefs with daily production
• Assisting with chocolate production, cutting, packaging, pressing crackers, and other kitchen jobs.
• Preparing and packaging products ready for distribution
• Supporting the wider pastry team to ensure production targets are achieved
