A very exciting opportunity has arisen to join our talented kitchen team. Due to growth, we are looking for a special Junior Chef de Partie - Pastry ready for a new challenge in a beautiful, luxury, boutique Country House Hotel and Restaurant. Ideally, you will have previous experience in a similar setting or trained in pastry. We have high standards and are looking for someone to rise to that challenge.

The Priory Hotel is a luxury hotel that is your home away from home. Guests come to unwind, relax, and enjoy excellent fine dining cuisine in our Garden Room Restaurant. We are based on the gateway to the picturesque Isle of Purbeck and the much-desired Jurassic Coast in the beautiful market town of Wareham, Dorset. Role and Responsibilities:

• Assist our Pastry chef in completing daily mise en place.
• Learn new skills working in a professional kitchen, within pastry and the main kitchen.
• Assist with the management of orders and stock for the section.
• Ensure smooth handover process to other chefs in the section.
• Ensure accurate presentation of desserts and afternoon teas, ensuring consistency week in and week out as our customers have come to expect.
