About the role

Availability Window

Pay and Hours

Our Skilled Baker rate of pay starts from £12.95 an hour; this increases to £14.08 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

It’s our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We aim to schedule your shifts within the availability windows, with 3 weeks’ notice. We support flexible working to match closely but not exactly your availability.

• Dispose of waste responsibly, following recycling routines.
• Understand store performance and contribute to service, sales, and profit goals.
