Job summary

• Previous pastoral, behaviour support or youth work experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day pastoral support to pupils across the school.
• Help pupils manage behavioural difficulties and resolve conflicts constructively.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality and behaviour concerns.
• Support reintegration following absence or behavioural incidents.
• Maintain accurate records of pastoral interventions and concerns.
• Communicate professionally with parents, carers and relevant school staff.
• Follow safeguarding procedures and escalate concerns appropriately.
