You will work with the Raising Attainment Leader and pastoral staff to promote strong relationships and effective family liaison. The post is fixed-term until Easter, with potential extension.

• Assist the head of year in providing holistic welfare support for learners.
• Support learners through positive pastoral intervention and active supervision.
• To mentor and support learners.
• Promote effective and healthy relationships both in the classroom and outside of the classroom.
