Job summary

Tudor Grange Samworth Academy, A church of England School, is seeking a dedicated pastoral support professional to help students access learning and develop wellbeing. You will work within the Mentor Team to support those facing emotional or behavioural challenges and build strong relationships with students, staff and families.

Role includes monitoring welfare, contributing to support plans, and promoting a positive ethos in line with academy values.

• Ability to collaborate with staff and parents.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong pastoral support to students to help them feel safe and valued.
• Monitor student progress and welfare and contribute to individual support plans.
• Liaise with staff and parents to promote a positive, inclusive ethos.
• Promote wellbeing and remove barriers to learning within line with academy values.
