Job summary

Confidential in Trowbridge, Wiltshire is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support Worker to help children aged 5-16 overcome emotional, social and behavioural challenges within a specialist school. You will provide one-to-one and small-group pastoral support, promote emotional resilience and positive behaviour, and work with teachers, therapists and SEN professionals to create a calm, inclusive environment.

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role with a daily salary of £85-£110 depending on

Qualifications

• Experience in education, care, youth work or similar support role is beneficial.
• Graduates or career starters will be considered.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
• Patient, compassionate and approachable with children.

Responsibilities

• Providing one-to-one and small-group pastoral support.
