Job summary

Protocol Education are supporting a welcoming secondary school in North Tyneside by recruiting a Pastoral Support Assistant. The role focuses on helping students develop confidence, resilience and a positive attitude to learning through one-to-one support and constructive relationships.

You will work with tutors, pastoral leaders and safeguarding staff to promote attendance, wellbeing and intervention programmes, supporting students facing social, emotional or behavioural challenges and acting

Qualifications

• Qualifications and training as required for the role.
• DBS check and safeguarding knowledge are important.
• Experience with young people is desirable but not essential.

Protocol Education is recruiting a dedicated Pastoral Support Assistant to join a welcoming secondary school in North Tyneside. The Role

As a Pastoral Support Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students across the school, helping them to develop confidence, resilience and positive attitudes towards learning.
